30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping.

To qualify for a standard return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

• Include all original packaging, components, accessories, and documentation.

• Show no signs of installation, modification, damage, or wear.

• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Products that have been installed, mounted, modified, or used are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This includes products that are functioning but are no longer wanted due to personal preference, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with their appearance after installation.

These restrictions do not apply where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact support@glowmods.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• The product you wish to return.

• A brief explanation of your return request.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Returns must be authorized before being shipped. Please do not send products back without first contacting our support team.

Free Return Shipping

GlowMods provides free return shipping on all eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

This applies to eligible change-of-mind returns, as well as returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.

Please use the provided return label and follow the return instructions to ensure your package reaches our designated return facility.

Installed or Used Products

Our lighting kits are designed to be installed on or inside vehicles. Once a product has been installed, mounted, wired, modified, or used, it is no longer eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

This includes situations where:

• You decide you no longer want the product after installation.

• You are dissatisfied with the appearance or lighting style of a correctly functioning product.

• You change your mind after using the product.

• You decide the product is not suitable for your personal preferences.

If your installed product is defective, damaged, or materially different from its advertised description, please contact us. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our warranty and applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Expectations & Installation Support

We understand that installing automotive lighting can sometimes require additional guidance.

If your product isn't performing as expected, or you're having difficulty with installation, please contact our support team before removing or modifying any components.

We can assist with installation questions, connectivity issues, lighting settings, and troubleshooting.

If you believe your product differs materially from its advertised description, please explain the issue so our team can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Email support@glowmods.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if available.

Our team will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, or a refund.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs associated with verified defects or fulfillment errors where a return is required.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1-Year Warranty

GlowMods lighting kits include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and failures occurring during normal, intended use.

If an LED strip, controller, or other covered component fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate remedy at no additional charge, subject to the warranty terms and applicable law.

The limited warranty does not ordinarily cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or incorrect electrical connections.

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

• Accidents, misuse, or physical damage.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Use outside the product's intended specifications.

Warranty claims may require reasonable troubleshooting or supporting photographs to identify the issue.

This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and does not limit any statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval, or sooner where required by law.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If a returned item does not meet our stated return conditions, we may decline the discretionary refund and contact you regarding available options, subject to applicable law.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an unused, uninstalled product for another eligible item, please contact our support team.

We will provide instructions based on product availability and the condition of the original item.

For defective or incorrect products, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy.

European Union & Other Statutory Return Rights

Customers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.

Customers may inspect and handle products as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value, rather than an automatic loss of withdrawal rights.

Where required, we will provide the applicable withdrawal instructions, return address, and refund arrangements.

Customers in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may have additional cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights.

Nothing in this policy overrides or restricts any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
